Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend retaining your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
